Leaf Group (formerly known as Demand Studios and Studio D) was at one time a bustling hub, but to my knowledge is no longer a busy place for freelancers. Over a period of about 4 months I worked virtually full time writing for this company. At the end of that period was when they started to shut things down. A bit unfortunate as I enjoyed some aspects of the job. I would be curious to hear if anyone still obtains work through them?

I've never heard about that site before. I will have to look it up. It seems like it would be a good one to check out.

They really aren't doing much anymore (that I am aware of) so I would probably stay away.
