Reducing clicks Empty Reducing clicks

Does anyone have tips on how to reduce clicking around when working. I mean for example, shortcuts to get into folders, shortcuts within Microsoft office applications, etc. I do a lot of clicking and thinking if I could streamline some of that I could save time (and my wrist).

I keep direct work sheets on my desktop. I also use lastpass to help track and contain all of my clients accounts and such. I think the easiest and best way to stay organized is to keep all work in as small of an area on your computer as possible. This way you are never having to dig through things to find what you need, which saved time.
