Has anyone tried Guru.com? I don't see a whole lot of websites that advertise with it, but personally, I rather like it. Here's what I think of it so far.

Pro's

- Easy to manage Interface. They'll give you practically unlimited words to describe what you can do.

- Easy to craft contracts. You can work by milestone, by completion, or by hours worked, and more.

- Lots of work there. Seems there's something new every day.

- They'll recommend jobs based off of what you're good at, your feedback, how often you work, etc.

- Low fees. Averages to around 8% of your profits. So for every $100 you make, they take only $8 of it.

Con's

- Only 10 bids on jobs per MONTH at the basic level. You can buy more bids, though, or let people find you normally.

- Different account levels. The basic is free, but severely limiting compared to the others.

- The interface is easy to manage and go through, but sometimes it's a bit cyclical too, as they have redundant links occasionally.

All in all, though, it's not too bad. I'm averaging about $300 monthly there.
